NAIL PARTY SPACE RENTAL

PRIVATE PARTY EXPERIENCE

$900 / 2 HOURS

Celebrate your special occasion in a private salon space designed for you and your guests.

Please note: This fee is for private salon space rental only. Nail services are not included in the rental fee and will be charged separately.

RENTAL DETAILS

  • Up to 18 guests
  • Private salon space
  • 2-hour rental — $900
  • Additional time — $200 per hour, subject to availability and salon approval
  • Maximum rental time — 4 hours
  • Guests may arrive up to 15 minutes early for setup and decorating
  • Basic cleanup after the party is included

INCLUDED

  • Celebration cake
  • Basic non-alcoholic beverages
  • Music setup

NAIL SERVICES

Nail services are not included in the space rental fee and will be charged separately.

  • Receive 10% OFF nail services when the total nail service amount reaches $500 or more
  • The space rental fee does not count toward the $500 nail service minimum
  • Please let us know how many guests will be requesting nail services when booking

SERVICE WARRANTY POLICY

Golden Nail Salon strives to provide quality services and address eligible service concerns according to salon policy.

Service warranty does not apply to:

  • Kids’ Services
  • Eyelash Services
  • Waxing Services

FOOD, BEVERAGES & DECORATIONS

Guests may bring approved food, cake, non-alcoholic beverages, and decorations for their celebration.

  • Outside food, cake, non-alcoholic beverages, and decorations are subject to salon approval
  • Catering assistance may be requested and may be subject to additional charges
  • Please let us know your food, beverage, and decoration needs when booking
  • Decorations must be safe, easy to remove, and must not damage salon property
  • Items that create a fire hazard, safety concern, excessive mess, or risk of property damage are not permitted

Golden Nail Salon does not sell alcoholic beverages as part of the party rental service.

BOOKING

Advance booking is required.

Please provide:

  • Date & time
  • Number of guests
  • Number of guests requesting nail services
  • Decoration needs
  • Food & beverage needs

A 50% deposit is required to confirm and reserve your selected date and time.

CANCELLATION, REFUND & RESCHEDULING POLICY

  • Cancellations made more than 24 hours and up to 48 hours before the scheduled reservation are eligible for a 100% refund
  • Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled reservation are eligible for a 50% refund
  • Reservations may be rescheduled, subject to salon availability and approval

RULES & RESPONSIBILITIES

The renter is responsible for reading, understanding, and following all Golden Nail Salon rules throughout the rental period.

RENTER RESPONSIBILITIES

  • The renter is responsible for the conduct of all guests in their party
  • The renter is responsible for taking reasonable care of the salon space, furniture, equipment, supplies, and property
  • The renter is responsible for any loss, damage, or destruction to Golden Nail Salon property caused by the renter or their guests
  • The renter must keep the party area clean and orderly and follow salon instructions
  • Furniture, equipment, or salon property may not be moved, removed, or used improperly without salon permission
  • The renter must immediately notify the salon of any accident, damage, incident, or unsafe condition

SAFETY & PERSONAL RESPONSIBILITY

The renter and all guests are responsible for their personal belongings and for following salon safety rules.

Golden Nail Salon is not responsible for:

  • Slips, falls, or accidents caused by the actions of the renter or guests
  • Injuries arising from the actions, negligence, or violation of salon rules by the renter or guests
  • Lost, misplaced, or damaged personal belongings
  • Damage caused by items brought into the salon by the renter or guests
  • Incidents resulting from unauthorized use of salon equipment, property, or restricted areas

FOOD, BEVERAGES & DECORATIONS POLICY

  • The renter is responsible for all food, non-alcoholic beverages, cake, and decorations brought into the salon
  • All items brought into the salon must be used safely and must not create a hazard, damage salon property, or interfere with salon operations
  • Items that may create a fire hazard or cause damage to salon property are not permitted
  • Basic cleanup after the party is included
  • The renter is responsible for removing all personal belongings, food, beverages, and decorations at the end of the rental period
  • The renter may be responsible for reasonable additional cleaning or damage-related costs resulting from food, beverages, decorations, or other items brought into the salon

PROPERTY DAMAGE

If Golden Nail Salon property, furniture, equipment, supplies, or facilities are damaged by the renter or their guests, the renter is responsible for reasonable repair or replacement costs.

RULE VIOLATIONS

Golden Nail Salon may require the renter or any guest to immediately stop any conduct that creates a safety concern, damages salon property, disrupts salon operations, or violates salon rules.

In the event of a serious violation or continued violation after being asked to stop, Golden Nail Salon may terminate the use of the rental space, subject to applicable law.

RENTAL TIME

  • Rental time is based on the scheduled rental period
  • Guests may arrive up to 15 minutes early for preparation and decorating
  • The 15-minute early arrival period is not included in the paid rental time
  • The renter and all guests must complete their activities and leave the rental space when the scheduled rental period ends
  • Additional time is $200 per hour and must be approved by Golden Nail Salon in advance, subject to availability
  • Total rental time may not exceed 4 hours

LIABILITY

These terms apply only to the extent permitted by applicable law and do not exclude or limit any liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited.
